Draft Environmental Assessment Report
(Pre-Submission Review)

A Draft Environmental Assessment (EA) Report documenting the 407 East IEA and Preliminary Design Study process was prepared and made available for agency and public review and comment from June 15, 2009 until July 20, 2009.

Comments on the Draft EA Report were requested by July 20, 2009 for consideration as the EA Report is finalized. The Project Team is finalizing the EA Report in response to comments received and will submit the EA Report to the Minister for formal approval in August 2009.

As part of the formal review and approval process, the final EA Report will be made available for agency and public review on the Study’s website and at a number of locations in the Region of Durham. Another notice will be published at that time. For further information please Contact Us.
